Creator Terms

These Creator Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service to any account approved as a creator (streamer). If they conflict, these Creator Terms prevail for creator activity.

You must authorise your Twitch channel through Twitch's own OAuth flow. That authorisation is what proves the channel is yours; a pasted link is not enough.

You warrant that the channel is yours, that it is in good standing on Twitch, and that you are not subject to a ban or restriction that prevents you from promoting games.

If you lose control of the channel, or transfer it, tell us immediately at [soporte@svoltanic.com]. Active contracts do not transfer with the channel.

You must clearly disclose the commercial relationship whenever you promote a game under a contract, on stream and in any related post, as required by the advertising rules of your country (for example FTC guidelines in the US or the applicable consumer-protection law in the EU).

You must comply with Twitch's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, and with any content restrictions the developer states on the game page.

You may not claim false features, invent an official relationship with the studio you do not have, or promise buyers anything the developer has not agreed to.

You earn a commission on sales attributed to you while your contract is active. The rate applied is the live rate if you were streaming that game on Twitch at the moment of the sale, and the offline rate otherwise.

Live status is detected automatically from Twitch (you are streaming now and in that game's category). If it cannot be verified, the offline rate applies. This is never declared by the buyer.

The commission is calculated server-side from the contract. Any change must be agreed as a new proposal within the platform.

A commission is earned when the sale completes and is confirmed. It may be reversed if the sale is refunded, charged back or found to be fraudulent.

The following void the commission and can lead to permanent suspension:

• Buying through your own attribution, or arranging for family, staff or alternative accounts to do so.
• Purchase rings, incentivised buying with a share of your commission, or any scheme to generate sales that are not genuine.
• Bots, view-botting, fake accounts, or artificially inflating audience metrics used to obtain contracts.
• Sharing, selling or reusing keys the developer gave you for review or giveaway purposes outside the agreed use.

To receive commissions you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity, tax and bank details). Until your connected account can receive transfers, commissions are recorded as pending and are not released.

You are an independent contractor, not an employee of [RAZÓN SOCIAL] or of the developer. No employment relationship exists.

You are solely responsible for declaring and paying the taxes and social-security contributions due on your commissions in your country, and for issuing any invoice your law requires. Where the law requires it, we and Stripe may report your earnings to the tax authorities.

We may retain a commission while a related sale is under a chargeback or fraud investigation.

If you enable on-stream purchase alerts, the overlay URL is a secret capability link: anyone who has it can read your alerts. Do not show it on stream, and rotate it if it leaks.

Alerts may include a buyer's display name only when that buyer explicitly opted in at checkout.

Your Twitch display name, avatar, category and follower/audience figures are shown publicly on Svoltanic so developers can find you. Private commission terms of your contracts are never public.
