1. Scope

These Developer Terms apply in addition to the general Terms of Service to any account approved as a developer. If they conflict, these Developer Terms prevail for developer activity.

2. Rights over the game

You declare and warrant that you are the rights holder of every game you list, or that you are expressly authorised by the rights holder to distribute it and to generate keys for it.

You warrant that the game, its assets, its soundtrack and any third-party content in it are licensed for commercial distribution, and that listing it does not breach any exclusivity or publishing agreement you are party to.

You will provide evidence of this on request. As part of the application you supply two sample Steam keys for the title, which we may redeem to confirm they are valid and correspond to the declared game.

3. Steam keys

Keys must be generated legitimately through Steamworks for the listed game, and their distribution through Svoltanic must comply with Valve's Steamworks Distribution Agreement and key-generation rules in force at the time.

Keys must be new, unused, unrestricted and globally valid unless you clearly declare a regional restriction on the game page before purchase.

You are responsible for keeping enough stock. If keys run out the game stops being purchasable; we never sell a key we cannot deliver.

If a delivered key turns out to be invalid, already used, or regionally unusable without prior disclosure, you must supply a replacement key or fund the refund.

We store your keys encrypted and reveal them only to the buyer of the corresponding sale.

4. Price parity

The price on Svoltanic may not be higher than the standard price of the same game on Steam in the same currency, discounts aside.

You may not use Svoltanic to undercut a promotion in a way that breaches your agreements with other stores. Keeping price coherence across stores is your responsibility.

5. Contracts with creators

Proposals, commissions, key volumes and durations that you agree with a creator form a binding contract between the two of you, executed through the platform. Svoltanic is not a party to it, but it does calculate and enforce the split of each attributed sale according to it.

You may not renegotiate, reduce or refuse an already-earned commission outside the platform, nor induce a creator to move the sale off the platform in order to avoid it.

Commissions apply to attributed sales while the contract is active, using the live rate or the offline rate depending on whether the creator was streaming your game at the moment of the sale, detected automatically from Twitch, never declared by the buyer.

6. Payouts, fees and taxes

Each sale is split into: the creator's commission, the Svoltanic platform fee, payment-processing costs, and your net amount.

To receive payouts you must complete Stripe Connect onboarding (identity, tax and bank details). Until your connected account can receive transfers, your net amounts are recorded as pending and are not released.

You are responsible for your own taxes, invoicing and VAT/sales-tax duties in your jurisdiction on the amounts you receive.

Chargebacks and refunds on your sales are deducted from your balance or, if it is insufficient, invoiced to you.

7. Content of the game page

Descriptions, images, trailers and age indicators must be accurate and must not mislead. Do not publish content that is illegal, that infringes third-party rights, or that would breach Steam's or Twitch's content rules.

If you configure an on-stream alert image, it must be your own or properly licensed, and suitable for a general audience.

8. Indemnity

You will hold [RAZÓN SOCIAL] harmless against claims, losses and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from a game you listed, keys you supplied, content you published, or a breach of these Developer Terms.

9. Suspension

We may remove a listing or suspend a developer account immediately in cases of invalid keys, unauthorised distribution, price-parity breaches, fraud, or a well-founded third-party rights claim. Payouts affected by the incident may be frozen while it is investigated.
