Refund Policy

What you buy on Svoltanic is a Steam key, delivered immediately after payment on screen and by email. It is digital content supplied without a physical medium.

As a consumer you normally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance purchase. For digital content supplied immediately, that right is lost once supply has begun with your prior express consent and your acknowledgement that you thereby lose the right of withdrawal.

At checkout you give that consent so we can deliver the key instantly. In practice: once the key has been revealed to you, the right of withdrawal no longer applies.

If you paid but the key was never revealed or delivered, you keep the right of withdrawal in full and we refund you.

• The key was never delivered, or was delivered but is unreadable or incomplete.
• The key is invalid, already used, or does not correspond to the game purchased.
• The key cannot be redeemed in your region and that restriction was not stated on the game page before purchase.
• The purchase was duplicated by a technical error on our side.
• The game was removed from Steam before you were able to redeem the key.

• You already redeemed the key on Steam and simply changed your mind, or the game does not meet your expectations.
• Your machine does not meet the requirements published on the game page.
• You bought the wrong game, or you already owned it.
• The key was shared, resold or lost after delivery.

Once a key is redeemed on Steam, refunds for the game itself are governed by Valve's Steam refund policy, not by ours.

Write to [soporte@svoltanic.com] within 14 days of the purchase, from the email on your account, stating the order reference, the game, and what happened. Do not redeem a key you believe is faulty, and attach the error Steam shows.

We answer within 5 working days. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 working days, depending on your bank.

A refunded sale reverses the corresponding commission and net amount. If those amounts had already been paid out, they are offset against future balances.

Opening a chargeback with your bank instead of contacting us first may lead to your account being suspended while the dispute is resolved. We prefer to fix it directly.
